Tennis 101 (Monday 11:00 AM)
This workout is for the beginner that needs to learn the basics of tennis. Including introduction to strokes, footwork, court positioning for singles and with a partner, and how to keep score. Play mini games with instructions from pro.
Skills and Drills (Thursday 7:30 PM)
This workout is for the beginner to intermediate player who is working on developing their strokes and tennis strategy. There is a maximum of 8 participants per class. Instruction is more tailored to the needs of the students who attend.
Wimbledon Workout (Thursday 7:30 PM)
This workout is for the intermediate to advanced player who wants more challenge and deeper tennis strategy. work on developing more consistancy in their strokes.
US Open Workout (Thursday 9:00 PM)
Approval of intsructor required to participate in this group. This workout is for the more advanced player. consists of stronger drills working with other participants and playing points out with the instructor criticing the play. You will be pushed and challenged if you participate in this class.
Custom Clinics (as scheduled by arrangement)
We can arrange any clinic requested by participants. Sometimes we have members who just want to develop their serve, backhand, volley, or other strokes. This clinic would be designed to the needs of the group requesting it.
