How to register for swim team
Log onto your club automation online account as the primary member.
On the left panel you will click "Register for Classes"
Then click "Swim Team Registration"
On the left panel you will click "Register for Classes"
Then click "Swim Team Registration"
Click "Sign Up"
Select the members you want to register. (you can select more than one, the names will turn green when selected)
Click "Add to Cart"
Click "Add to Cart"
The number of swimmers you are registering will show up "In Cart" at the bottom of the screen
Click "In Cart" to check out
Click "In Cart" to check out
You can also click "View Cart" on the top right of the page and check out here.
Year around Equity Members or Jr Tennis Members may select "House Charge" to add the charge to your account.
Summer Members need to pay via credit card. If you have a credit card on file you can select that card to use as payment. You can also add new card information for the purchase.
Click "submit payment"
You will then receive an email receipt to the email on file under that member. Please be sure your swimmers have an email address on their account if you want to receive these communications (receipts & class confirmations for example)
