Equity Member Waitlist Request Form
(once you complete the waitlist request form, you will be contacted by email within 72 business hours to set up your online deposit payment. Any questions can be sent to [email protected])
Waitlist Rules:
* A $500 plus tax good-faith deposit and a $100 plus tax administrative fee are required at the time of waitlist application. The Equity Membership initiation fee is $2,000 plus tax, which is due at the time your membership is activated. The good-faith deposit will be applied in full toward your initiation fee once your membership is activated. Pricing is subject to change based on Edgebrook Board of Directors valuation without notice.
* The waitlist administrative deposit and the initiation deposit are refundable only in the case that the applicant is denied membership to the club as deemed by the Board of Directors at their monthly meeting.
* If an applicant is refused membership, their waitlist deposit will be refunded and their name removed from the waitlist.
* The first applicant on the waitlist is offered a membership when one becomes available. If for any reason the applicant does not accept the membership (price, timing, injury, front desk unable to contact applicant), the applicant is moved to the bottom of the waitlist.
* If offered a membership, the applicant is expected to decide within 2 business days whether to accept the offer. Lack of response when offered membership will result in removal from the waitlist and a forfeit of deposit fees.
* When the applicant becomes an equity member, the deposits are applied to the membership administrative fee and initiation fee.
* An applicant must notify Edgebrook in writing to be removed from the waitlist.
